Retro Peasant Dress Fits Paola Reina Welliewishers Betsy McCall

Sweet retro style peasant dress will fit 13&14 inch dolls such as Paola Reina, Welliewishers, Betsy McCall, Les Cheries and Hearts For Hearts Girls.  For ages 8+

The red and white floral print is 100% cotton. The dress has elastic at the neckline and short sleeves.  The high waist is accented with a white felt flower with a red and white polka dot button center.  I have added red and white grosgrain ribbon near the hemline for more detail.  The peasant dress snaps closed in back.
